Canmore Leader — In an effort to inspire more athletes into mountain running and to promote himself as an athlete and motivational speaker, Bow Valley resident Jason Loutitt has started his own personal web page, www.runningthroughmountains.com.
Loutitt started the website in February and despite currently being in Vail, Colo., he manages to update the site on a regular basis.
“The feedback that I’ve gotten so far has been great. I look at the number of hits it receives and it grows daily,” Loutitt said in a phone interview. “The stories and poetry section provides inspiration for runners creativity wise, and it helps me become a better athlete because it keeps me focused.”
