1:57 Full Marathon Possible in Theory

Paula RadcliffeFor the majority of runners out there 1:57 might be a decent Half-Marathon time. But according to Edward Coyle using VO2 data and improved fatigue resistance factors he believes runners may in theory be able run sub 2 hours. He also predicts that Paula Radcliffe is capable of running a 2:13 marathon which is 2 minutes faster than her 2:15 world record… simply amazing.
