Trail Running Blog

I know this is a trail running blog, but for those who like to hit the trails on a bike, this maybe one of the cooler XC races around. The race is called Seven because it has 7 stages  from Victoria BC to Whistler BC. Might be a great cross-training activity for those needing a break from running. Link.
